Before opening Thea•ology, Thea spent more than a decade serving a luxury clientele on Palm Beach Island, refining the elevated guest experience and attention to detail that continue to define her work today.
Throughout her career, Thea has participated in fashion shows and industry events featuring celebrated designers including Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Marc Valvo, and Bill Blass. Her experience also includes editorial styling, luxury bridal services, advanced color education, and mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals.
Education has remained at the heart of her career. As a long-standing partner with L'Oréal Professionnel for more than 27 years, Thea has remained committed to advanced education, innovation, and staying at the forefront of industry trends while maintaining the health and integrity of her guests' hair.

As a L'Oréal Professionnel Elite Salon and Black Elite Salon, education continues to be one of the cornerstones of our culture. Our team regularly participates in advanced training, certifications, and continuing education programs to ensure our guests receive the latest techniques, innovations, and professional expertise available.
Today, Thea•ology offers luxury hair color, blonding, balayage, precision cutting, extensions, smoothing treatments, bridal styling, hair repair services, scalp wellness treatments, and signature Head Spa experiences.
